The museum is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. It is closed on state holidays. So it would NOT be open that day.

I don't do stairs, as I fall too much as it is. I would suggest calling the Capitol and asking them. They are a super group and were very helpful to us. God Bless, Cindy
