I find the sunsets are better when having drinks and oysters at one of the many restaurants that look across the intercoastal waterway. They are beautiful. The moon over Coligny Beach is wonderful; last year we took in one of the lunar eclipses which was breathtaking. Good luck.
I see different prices listed for beach chairs and umbrella rental? Some say they were told $22 others $38. Coming first week of October and don't really want to carry chairs from our hotel which is a 10 minute walk. Does anyone know the cost of the rental? TY

Chairs were $38 for all day, renting in morning until 5 PM. Later in the day - not sure what time - rates gets reduced to $22 for remainder of day (until 5 PM).
Do you have to go down steps to access the beach? We have a beach wagon that would be difficult to navigate on steps.
