The trails I saw were all dirt so not wheelchair accessible but I did happen to see a woman pushing a babystroller around the lake while on the park driveway. Hope this info helps.

Dogs can be in park on leash just not path. That also means you can't go totally around the lake because there's no room to walk on roadway at t One end.

Your best bet would go to the Town Hall on Main Street. I'm sure they can tell you who to contact OR it may be done there. I'm not entirely sure the entire building can be rented. It was in bad shape for a long time and I don't know it was ever repaired. There are other community centers in the area if this doesn't work out. Reems Creek Community Center, though out a ways, is an old school house. It's very large but in good condition. Hope this helps.
