Welcome to both hot and regular yoga in the heart of Utah County. Our instructors have a vast knowledge that allows them to help everyone in their class whether their first time or seasoned yogi. Our hot yoga is heated by infrared panels that heat the objects in the room and not the air. It is truly amazing to feel the heat and still be able to breathe. At the wellness center also budget some time to take care of you. We also have Bemer Therapy, Light Therapy, a Himalayan Salt Cave with halogenerator, massage, and an energy mapping machine to see ALL of you!
