Hello FerringFerret. Thank you very much for this helpful info with great photos. We don't know the area at all. Where is the lay-by you can park in - or will it be obvious from road signs? Mary

The layby is right next to the entrance, not very well sign posted right at the stones, we drove past and had to turn round.
