The elevator stops at all levels. Restaurant, bar, and observation deck.

I went last week and it was $8, BUT if you can find parking on the street and don’t mind a little walk it’s 30cents per hour.

when we got there in the morning, we made our reservation for lunch before we started doing anything else. they were exact and people just going without reservation were turned away

No. There is a snack bar, but very limited and very expensive. Go to Riverwalk for many dining options
