Steamtown National Historic Site is across the parking lot from the Trolley Museum and it is free. You can spend as much or as little time as you like.

It depends on wether or not you take the train ride and stop at the trolley museum and take that ride as well. There is a movie which is a great introduction to the museum. I would say …

It depends on wether or not you take the train ride and stop at the trolley museum and take that ride as well. There is a movie which is a great introduction to the museum. I would say without visiting the trolley museum across the parking lot at least four hours. I recommend the trolley ride though. That would add another hour or two.
