Priyanka, It depends on who you are. A casual tourist can go any time. For viewing hang gliders, I think 10-4 during the day would be good. If you are a photographer, then you my have to endure a little pain. The best times are very weather-dependent but I would suggest one hour before sunrise through 2 hours after sunrise. In the evening, many times there is atmospheric dust and haze.......but if you are lucky, 1-2 hours before sunset through sunset can be very good. Tony
