I read that attractions such as this are currently closed but I assume that is not thr case as people are still leaving reviews. What's it like to be a tourist in Japan at the moment? The Observation Deck is open from 8am to 10pm, for SKYTREE Tembo Deck last admission is 9pm and for SKYTREE Tembo Galeria is 9:30pm. For the Café and Restaurant they are open til 11:00pm, but last order is 9:45pm. Tembo Deck Floor 345-Hours: 11:00 – 23:00 (Last order 20:30) Tembo Deck Floor 350-Hours: 8:00 – 21:45 (Last order 21:15)
