The guides were amazingly helpful and thorough. There was great detail - if you want and the display was diverse. Great gift store too. Tricia M的完整评论

We took a trip to Colorado Springs. DRC was not in our original plans to visit, but ended up being a highlight of the trip. Make sure you get a tour guide. Looking at the bones is neat, but understan… Scott C的完整评论
Is this a good stop for a busy just-turned-3 year old?

That depends on the attention span of the 3 year old. The guided tours enrich the experience for school age children and adults. If you could tag team so that you could see what enthralls the child and/or slend time in the extensive shop, it might work. However, it might be worth waiting until 5 years old so that your entire party could enjoy the very informative tour. In any case, it needs to be on a Must See list!

I don't know because I had a military discount. I'm thinking senior discounts would start at 60 or 65. They have a web site and I think the information is there. It's a very interesting place and it wasn't as expensive as many other attractions.

The time you spend at the Rocky Mountain Dinosaur Resource Center is up to the individual. It just depends on how thorough you want to be. I think we were there for about 40 to 50 minutes at the most. The actual Center is really not that large but it's packed with very interesting projects, etc. If you have children, they will probably want to spend more time in their extensive gift shop. Hope this helps.
Admission is $11.50 for adults, $7.50 for kids 5-12, and under 5 free. Discounts for military and seniors too. I highly recommend taking the guided tour.
