No there are no showers at the beach. There is a public toilet at the Southern end of the beach near the WW2 pill box. Please be aware that the toilets in the Penhryn Bar & Grill are not available to the public. The bar staff are very hot on this to the point of rudeness. They kicked my daughter and grandkids out, even though they said that they were coming to the bar afterwards.
Hi, does anyone know what times dogs are restricted on the beach or is it 24 hours during 1st April - 31st September? I can see a map of where there are restricted on Gwynedd council website but it doesn't state any times. Thanks

Hi. I know horses do go on the beach as at the far end at the point, there is a horse crossing track through the dunes. We stay at Bwlchgywn farm cottages fairbourne and Mr and Mrs Evans run a riding school and they have horses. They have different tracks and some do go on the beach. Gemma Evans runs the riding school / stables.
