Sorry, just got back from holidays but yes there is a wonderful spot in the trees. Location is at the feet of Shaganappi trail where it intersects with Edgemont Blvd. There is a parking area where you can park for freel and walk into the park. It will take about 5 min to get to the picnic spot. Once you get through the gate take the path on the right and walk down the little hill. At the intersection where 4 paths meet, take the immediate left paved path and proceed about 350 meters. The picnic spot is on the left in amongst the trees . Enjoy!!
