So beautiful and not crowded at all. The water is bright blue with the green cliff backdrops just made for an incredible experience. The coral is pretty much dead, but still many fish to see.msa23_2000的完整评论

My advice is to contact current Peace Corps Volunteers! They live on the islands, know the language, and know how to do things on the cheap. You can search online for Peace Corps Micronesia/Palau and see what pops up.

No, you can't. The Rock islands are a UNESCO heritage site and somewhat tightly watched. (This is a good thing). You are only allowed in certain areas and all the dive tours and snorkle/kayak tours know where you are allowed to go. Check out Sam's tours. We did a snorkel/kayak tour.
