I purchased a gift certificate for very good friends. I received an email with a confirmation code and the price I paid is on this email along with the message I wrote for my friends. Am I supposed forward my email to them to notify them? It is not very nice looking. I was expecting a tool to forward a nice gift certificate not just forward the email. Good morning. Thank you for purchasing a gift certificate from us. Our booking system does automatically generate printable gift certificates, when they are purchased. I (Erika, La Gondola Office Manager) create and email a better looking gift certificate that can either be printed or forwarded to the recipient. I am normally in the office Tuesday through Saturday, 9a-5p. So you if you purchase it after my office hours, I will not see the notification that a gift certificate was purchased till the next day. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
