I do not think so. You are given a time slot and hundreds turn up at that particular time. All then pass through quite efficiently to waiting lifts. Overall I think the timeslots are 1 and every hour.
I read that attractions such as this are currently closed but I assume that is not thr case as people are still leaving reviews. What's it like to be a tourist in Japan at the moment? The Observation Deck is open from 8am to 10pm, for SKYTREE Tembo Deck last admission is 9pm and for SKYTREE Tembo Galeria is 9:30pm. For the Café and Restaurant they are open til 11:00pm, but last order is 9:45pm.
