An officer within the Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry is no longer employed after distributing drugs and contraband to inmates, the ADCRR said in a statement to 12News.

ASPC-Yuma staff found 77-year-old inmate John Smith, ADCRR #369525, with injuries likely caused by a physical altercation. They began performing life-saving measures with medical personnel.
