The 2 dogs in Brewster were among nine dogs from Los Angeles shelters taken in by the Animal Rescue League of Boston.

That includes Carl, a blind Bulldog mix, and Trio, a Boston Terrier with a partially amputated back leg and a leg deformity. Both dogs are in the running to become the "most pupular" dog in the game.
