After voyaging out to the movie theaters, Moana is finally coming home! Moana 2 has landed on Disney+! The Disney sequel was originally envisioned as a Disney+ series that would have gone straight to streaming,

Moana remains the center of the story in the sequel, as she sets out to quite literally save humankind. She’s once again voiced by Auli’i Cravalho, who originated the character in 2016, and has since starred in the 2024 musical version of “Mean Girls,” “The Power,” “Crush” and more.

“Moana 2” is available only on Disney+ as of Wednesday, March 12. You can watch the film right now with a subscription to the service.
