CARSON CITY, Nev. (KOLO) - The Nevada DMV has now opened its Rapid Registration program to all residents of northern Nevada.

The Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) has introduced a new online service called Rapid Registration, allowing residents to register their vehicles without visiting a DMV office.
