Not only was the old button confusing ... It's not just the MacBook, as Apple also changed the icon on the Magic Keyboard that comes with the refreshed 7th-generation iPad Air tablet.

But the old icon didn’t reflect this clearly ... The updated Mute key isn’t limited to the new MacBook Air. Apple has also added it to the Magic Keyboard for the latest iPad Air.
