Penn State Athletics will add fees to football tickets, other sports tickets, parking and concessions as part the new Legacy Fund campaign to raise money for scholarship and facilities.

Penn State Athletics announced the creation of the “Legacy Fund” on Friday, which it deemed a “two-pronged effort providing resources for student-athlete scholarships and a commitment to ensuring Penn State’s 23 athletics facilities,
