Most of the women work as domestic helpers, while many of the men are drivers. The group looks to stay connected to their heritage and introduce Hong Kong to traditional Indonesian dance.

On 21 January the Indonesian national women’s football team (Garuda Pertiwi) will play the Australian women’s team (Matildas) in the AFC Women’s Asian Cup. Interest is high in both countries.
