The X-Men are going to play a big role in Avengers: Doomsday. We know that because a bunch of them, including Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen, are confirmed for the gigantic MCU crossover. Their presence is fueling a lot of theorizing, and some fans think they may have spotted the Avengers vs. X-Men logo.

Other snubs include OG Avengers such as Mark Ruffalo (Bruce Banner/Hulk) and Jeremy Renner (Clint Barton/Hawkeye). Chris Pratt (Peter Quill/Star-Lord), Brie Larson (Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel), Iman Vellani (Ms. Marvel), and Benedict Cumberbatch (Doctor Strange) were also left out.

The Fantastic Four: First Steps star Paul Walter Hauser understands, and he’s stumping for that upcoming Marvel movie as being the one that’ll have everyone feeling, well, fantastic! In a conversation with The Direct, the Cobra Kai alum had some pretty high praise of director Matt Shakman’s reboot, set for release on July 25th.
