A ship was delayed at Port Canaveral yesterday morning to save a stranded kayaker. The boat had to turn around from the port after the captain received a distress call.

Police are looking for the thieves who stole $3,200 worth of merchandise from two stores at Tanger Outlets in Lancaster County. It happened on Dec. 23 at the Nike Factory Store and the UGG store.
