It was Connor Dewar's first game back in Minnesota after the Wild traded him in 2023. Dewar, 25, was traded by the Wild at the 2023-24 deadline to the Toronto Maple Leafs for a 2026 fourth-round pick.

A left-handed shot, Dewar (5-foot-10, 192 pounds) is signed to a one-year contract with a salary cap hit of $1.8 million. He is scheduled to become a restricted free agent on July 1.
