Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James is expected to miss another week with a groin injury, ESPN's Shams Charania reported Friday during an appearance on The Pat McAfee Show. James suffered a groin strain on March 9 against the Boston Celtics and Charania initially reported he was expected to miss at least one-to-two weeks.
