A pilot who crashed his stunt plane in front of crowds at Australia's biggest airshow on Friday, leaving him critically injured, has been identified.

Katrina Armstrong said in a letter to staff on Friday that she would be standing down to make way for her successor Claire Shipman to take the reins of the school.
