"The tragic loss of Xavier has deeply impacted us all," Tavares Police Detective Courtney Sullivan said in a press statement.

To honor his life, they’re hosting a candlelight vigil next Saturday, March 29, at 7 p.m. at Wooton Park in downtown Tavares.
