Lawmakers are looking at reimbursing the Statehouse’s sergeant-at-arms for an X-ray machine used to scan bags during higher security risk days.

Scott has threatened to keep lawmakers in Montpelier if they don’t pass a plan to implement larger school districts and a new education funding formula.
