Governor Glenn Youngkin has ordered all United States and Virginia flags to be flown at half-staff on Thursday, Jan. 30.

In an Order sent out Saturday, Jan. 18, Youngkin ordered that all flags be raised to full-staff the morning of Jan. 20, in recognition of the inauguration of the 47th President of the United States.
