Humphrey signed a 5 year, $97.5 million contract extension with the Baltimore Ravens on October 1, 2020. In 2022, the Ravens restructured the contract for cap relief, converting $8.965 million to a bonus. The restructure dropped his cap number by $7.17 million and increased his 2023 through 2026 cap numbers by $1.434 million.

The Ravens have done a max restructure with Marlon Humphrey by reducing his $18 million salary and roster bonus to the league minimum of $1.255 million and converting $16.745 m
