Experiences & Amenities - Florida State Parks
Lake Louisa can be fished from the shoreline while Dixie and Hammond lakes have accessible fixed docks and Bear Lake has a floating dock. Smokehouse Lake is accessible only by a four-wheel-drive vehicle and can be fished only by boat.
Hours & Fees - Florida State Parks
The park is open 8 a.m. until sundown, 365 days a year. Campers with a reservation who plan to arrive after sunset should call the park at 352-394-3969 to get the gate combination and instructions prior to the park closing.
