2022年7月3日 · I had the same problem and I replaced my device (with a surface Go 2) I have just powered on the surface pro 5th gen (it powered on normally) but the date and time is stuck at the last time it powered on. It has just received an update. In checking the battery in settings I see the number at 44%. What does this mean?

I have a Surface Pro 5th Gen that I have to fix. Originally, the Surface would not boot into anything other than the recovery menu. From the recovery menu, selecting any recovery options would do nothing except make make the Surface reboot into the recovery menu again.
