2017年10月31日 · I have a Nikon F3 that I love and use a lot with a 85mm lens. Love the lens and use it for a lot of concert photography and portraits but currently don’t have anything with a shorter focal length. Any recoendations for a 50mm lens or even smaller? Open to any suggestions. Not to sure where to look.

2020年10月28日 · Never had problems with this on two F3 bodies and two FEs. A Nikon.ca tech volunteered that it would take a strong, well-aimed punch to the top left dial to bust the FRE, not just a drop or rough handling. Only problem I ever encountered with an F3 was a fading LCD readout on an early model--an age-related issue.

2006年1月31日 · F3 v. FM3 aside, the F3 may go down in history as one of the most loved film SLRs ever built. I remember when they came out a lot of Nikon F and F2 users, including me, thought it was blasphemy--all electronic--battery dependent--what was Nikon thinking!! Evidently Nikon was thining correctly since the F3 was made into the 21st century.

This is definitely a working solution for pre AI Vivitar lenses (I did much the same with a piece of copper on my 20/3.5), and others whose aperture rings are flush with the mount, but will not work on Nikkors and many others, because the aperture ring extends further back.

I absolutely love the Nikon F2 but the F3 is a better camera in every respect....ergonomics, features and functionality, screen brightness, shutter accuracy, meter accuracy and reliability, auto winder...everything about the F3 is better.

2017年4月7日 · Hello everyone. I recently acquired a fairly nice condition Nikon F3 off of Ebay. I just finished putting my first roll through it and when I went to change my rolls I noticed that the frame counter had not reset. I have done a bit of research on what the problem might be but I have not found any satisfactory answers.

2005年5月30日 · My F3 has the pin maybe 1/2 inch from the hinge. Spot on back is worn smooth (silver) by the action of the pin. If you haven't dropped something sticky like cola, I am going to suggest the following.

I bought a used F3 with nikkor-s auto 50mm f1.4 (not sure if its Ai or not) and it was working fine until recently the shutter stays closed at the f-stop i have it set at and mirror stays locked up.
