While connected its charging voltage should be 13V+. I think it'll go over 14V depending on the battery's state of charge.

There is no reason why you have to use the same harness for boosting and battery tender/heated gear. Leave the existing battery tender harness connected and simply add the NOCO booster cable harness to the same battery post connections.
