Your MatrixPad S10 tablet should boot into Recovery Mode. From the Recovery Mode menu, choose "wipe data/factory reset" using Volume buttons and press the Power button to confirm.

Press and hold the power button for 3-Ss to turn on your tablet. Select your language and set up your tablet following the start guide. Press and hold the power button for 2s, then release it. It will show Power off and Restart on the screen. Tap Power off to turn off the tablet.

2020年4月10日 · What you are encountering is factory reset protection. You need to enter the Gmail that you put in when you first setup the tablet. If you do that, you can unlock and set it up. I don't think a second factory reset will help. If you don't remember the gmail, try contacting Amazon with proof of purchase, I think they could help you.
