when i bought my 1984 model cj-7 years ago it had lowback seats. one was a factory CJ seat as it still had the logo on the seat cover, the other was a after market lowback. jeep also had lap belts, but i think my jeep came new with high backs and seat/shoulder belts as there is a threaded hole in the upright of the rollover cage for a shoulder ...

2010年5月30日 · It originally had undetermined high back with Jeep logo fabric covered seats that took up way too much room. As stated the brackets don't quite work but can be easily modified to work. I raised the back with a 3/4" spacer--lowers the seat front--and have a 15.5 " Grant racing wheel which gives me some extra room.

2019年2月4日 · I have the high back version from them for my CJ7. Couldn't be happier with the fit. I installed them myself (first set of seat covers I've installed) and they came out great. The high back seats didn't separate.

2009年4月1日 · just got my new set of bestop black denom low back seat covers, they were the only ones i could find. anyway i absolutely hate them, and the plastic clips were broken in the box. i like my mismatched seats w/shreded vinyl better. anyone know of a lowback alternative to these crummy lookin things?

2017年10月18日 · They have responded quickly to my inquiries. They offer both the Laredo seat with "purse stripes" and the standard OEM style CJ high back seat without the purse stripes. 2021年2月3日 · Covers never quite work really. Bestop customer service and warranty is awesome. One of my front seats was damaged and I had a cosmetic issue with one of the front and missing hardware (from beat up shipping) in the rear fold and tumble. They no questions sent me a new rear seat, a new front seat, and the new hardware.

2023年12月19日 · These were my previous "Steel Horse" seats (below)They were new in 1996-2016, Those Bestop heavy seat covers, kept 'em looking decent when they started falling apart. Notice how the driver's seat is pulling apart (left in my pic). The tall butt huggers were uncomfortable too, when your legs were open.----JEEPFELLER

2010年2月22日 · Anyone have knowledge of where I can find some spice low back seat covers. I've got the original spice levis seats that are in perfect shape and I'd like to tote my dog around with me without him sticking his claws through them. I've found black, but no spice.
