2010年4月14日 · In order to get my monitor working with macOS Big Sur, I have to use a USB-C to HDMI adapter and connect to my monitor through the HDMI port on my monitor and on another USB-C port on my laptop directly. The dock works perfectly in macOS Catalina 10.15.5, so I am guessing there is an issue with the Thunderbolt 3 driver in macOS Big Sur.

2017年3月7日 · When the Dock is closed "gracefully" it drops off screen at a speed consistent with the autohide-delay. This is the same speed the Dock moves at if you have the Dock set to automatically hide and show. When you shut off the computer it tells each process to quit. When the Dock is quit it beings to animate.

2014年11月30日 · For what it's worth, the downloads icon on my dock has also had some weird behavior in Big Sur on a new M1 Mac. Until its first reboot, the download animation was going to the safari menu bar instead of the normal folder on the dock, and the dock folder wasn't showing the correct progress bar during a download.

2021年3月5日 · For installing Big Sur on a internal SSD I recommend using the Configurator 2 app along with a USB-C charging cable (standard USB-C and Thunderbolt 3 cables are not supported). Lately I’ve had so many problems trying to install Big Sur, and spent so much time doing it, that it almost felt like I had a second career.

2019年11月18日 · Still on Sierra on an MBP early 2011, Mojave on an MBP 2015 and my Hackintosh Z390 and Big Sur/Monterey on another Hackintosh, a Dell XPS 8930 I7 8700. Not sure I’ll keep Monterey as I had a couple of bugs compared to Big Sur.
