I've used ShadowPlay many times in the past successfully -- I'm not sure when this started failing, other than possibly when I upgraded from Win10 to Win11 recently. I did not change any ShadowPlay settings. ShadowPlay for games is slightly better -- regular recordings will mostly work, but Instant Replay is hit or miss.
