2022年9月1日 · Herein, we developed a facile plasma post-treatment for the electron-beam evaporated NiO x to regulate its Ni 3+ /Ni 2+ ratio and improve its electronic performance. By using O 2 plasma treatment, we successfully enhanced the conductivity of the NiO x and optimized the charge-extraction capability.
