I've been reading old ASM issues and I've noticed characters mentioning Peter having brown eyes a lot throughout the comic (especially women who are flirting with him). 2018年7月7日 · It isn't, if you read the early Steve Ditko and Stan Lee issues, Peter refers his "Baby Blues" multiple times. Aside from that, when his eyes are colored in the early issues they're Always blue, I don't understand this change either.

I'm sure I've seen them as blue sometimes, but I've seen them as brown a lot, too. And I mean 616 Peter, by the way.

Yeah, I agree with you, but I wanted to ask since Peter is one of the three biggest super heros alongside Superman and Batman, and where as Bruce always consistently has dark brown (that often look black) eyes and Clark consistently has blue eyes, Pete's eye color changes the most often in different adaptations

Crazy how many people don't know this. Most of the time, Peter was drawn with blue eyes in the 60s comics. His canon eye color is now dark brown/hazel, but it's seriously interesting to note this. Especially since Raimi grew up with these comics and he casted Tobey, who has big big eyes 👀

2022年8月28日 · As far as eye color is concerned, he's listed as having hazel in 616 for a reason because every artist has him depicted differently. He's been said in-canon as having brown eyes via Mary Jane, but go back during the Ditko & Romita days and he has blue eyes. He's very inconsistent in that regard. Here he is in EMH, here he is in MSM 2017, etc. etc.

I’m not trying to take credit away from Ditko all I’m saying is if you’re looking at “who looks like the most like Peter Parker?” You can’t really use a Ditko design as the default Peter Parker look because he looked like that for like two years, but then …

Peter SHOULD look older than actual age in this, he probably hasn't had a full night's sleep in years and is under constant stress from relationships, money and dealing with super villains. He should probably look 30+ and it made sense.
