2023年11月2日 · When using a calendar view for a project I am scheduling, meeting durations are not accurately represented. In the above image, all meetings along the top row are 2 hours in duration, but the 2nd and 3rd meeting each day is condensed in the calendar view.

I have a client requesting to see a calendar view of our project schedule -the challenge is it's a big project with lots of tasks simultaneously. Now, I can increase my paper size to 24x36 to fit them all on there, but it's unrealistic and really not necessary considering the amount of blank space left between various tasks in Calendar view.

2012年8月2日 · Editing a calendar is pretty simple. From your description I gather you have created custom resource calendars. Select the Resource Sheet and the resource of interest. Then select Change Working TIme ( the exact method of doing that is dependent on which version of Project you are using).

2012年12月11日 · The Organizer is the key. Use the Calendars tab on the Organizer to copy your modified calendar from the existing Project file to the new Project file. If the new file is on another computer, you can copy the calendar to a blank Project file and either send it or copy to a flash drive to take to the other computer.

2021年6月24日 · They mean 14 calendar days (according to the instructions), but if I put FS+14d, or FS+2w, then Project is interpreting that to mean 14 working days. I need it to plan using 14 calendar days.
