Patients may be eligible for the SPRAVATO withMe Savings Program if they: Are age 18 or older, use commercial or private health insurance for their prescribed SPRAVATO® (esketamine) Nasal Spray CIII, and must pay an out-of-pocket cost for their medicine. Are enrolled in the SPRAVATO® Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS).
