2022年3月31日 · I worked as an account manager for a State Farm agency and it depends on who the owner is. They are separate from SF corporate offices and just sell State Farm Products, so you could get a really awesome environment. I loved working for my agents office. It was awesome. Most people who work for agencies have been with them for years.

We usually do about 60-70 State Farm roofs per year. During 2021, we did not do a single State Farm roof where the adjuster inspected the roof and authorized the replacement of the roof. The only State Farm roofs we did was due to fighting with State Farm about uniform appearance (matching), discontinued product, appraisal, etc.

I have never dealt with this before so I wanted to hear other people’s thoughts if they’ve gone through this before/similar. They are offering: -$2500 for pain and discomfort -up to $15,000 for medical bills that they will pay out within 6 months of the accidents

State Farm doesn’t sell you insurance assuming you have a claim, that’s a different premium. And the concept that you’ve been with an insurer forever somehow entitles you to a policy for $1 is beyond ridiculous.

2022年12月29日 · State Farm is hemorrhaging talent and the claims training they have now is a joke. When I was hired I had a solid two months of classroom training before I even touched the claims system, then another two months of hands-on training before I went live.

2023年11月8日 · I was selected by State Farm to move ahead in the Claim Specialist hybrid role. I did the computer typing test, and moved on to recording and answering 7 questions on HireVue. I just got an email asking me to schedule a time for a 45 minute phone interview. I just scheduled the phone interview and got an email from SF about the position.

2022年12月21日 · If auto, is vehicle totaled or is vehicle repairable? If repairable 95% of State Farm claims can be solved by making sure you take your vehicle to one of their “select service” body shops. Cause if xyz bodyshop finds extra damage they know the exact protocol claims needs and essentially has State Farm’s checkbook. So rarely do disputes arise.

2022年8月27日 · Probably wants more people hired for relief lol. The more adjusters we have the less claims per day. (Not sure if that’s why they said AZ) but all I know about AZ is their PD min limits must make for nonstop excess claims. 10k is insane right now.
