Users\{your former Windows user name}\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live\Contacts. If it's there, it contains your contacts. Copy the entire folder to its original location: C:\Users\{your current Windows user name}\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live\Contacts. Note that your former and current Windows user names may be the same.

2023年2月9日 · Windows Live Essentials have been discontinued since quite some years ago. It is never tested on recent Windows builds (including Windows 11) so there's no guarantee of anything at this point even if you manage to get it installed. I will suggest that you consider alternatives, such as Windows Mail app, Windows Photos app, etc.
