2024年1月18日 · If you have Xfinity Home Pro Protection, you should definitely have access to the Xfinity Home (XH) app, as well as the Xfinity App. In the XH app, we do prompt customers to try the Xfinity App for monitoring cameras, but you should still have full access to Arm, Disarm, and otherwise manage your system from the XH app.

2023年8月3日 · I just upgraded my modem through an Xfinity store (nightmare story, post coming soon) and the internet is working fine (getting ~600 mbps although paying for 1200 :\) but the Xfinity app shows "Your home internet is offline". I suspect it might have something to do with another modem being attached to the app (part of the nightmare story).
