2025年1月16日 · I've been watching for 30+ years. Never thought I'd ever watch a soap, and then it happened. I even watched Guiding Light until it ended. A few years of Days Of Our Lives also. Y&R is of course my favorite and somehow has stood the test of time. Amazing actually.

2025年1月20日 · @ROMARY to your point, we have lived in a rural area all our lives. My work was 35 miles away, (70 round trip) and at one point I drove 100 miles one way to work. Never missed for weather in the entire 40 years I worked and didn't always have a 4 wheel drive vehicle!

I don't have anything on my agenda today, yeah! I just may take a long walk instead of going to the little gym in our neighborhood, I usually use the eliptical at the little gym, I walk to and from and with using the eliptical, I get all my 10,000 steps in. I do that early in the day, then I can get maybe 12,000 to 14,000 steps in for the day.

Something happened to the Thanksgiving Turkey and as he was talking with his wife about making alternate plans he suggested 🍕 PIZZA...of all things. His wife said that was a sacrilege, and he replied, "In some families it's tradition." 😝

Soooo, we removed the chimney and added a ventless propane fireplace there. Huge mistake. It was awful, smelly and we couldn't use it. We wound up rebuilding it back into a vented gas fireplace-

What I really like about Vegas is that you do not need to gamble to have a good time. The best Restaurant we ate at was called Buddy V in "The Venetian". OMG!! It's Italian food and we all had different plates, and everyone of us said our selection was great. Best activity for me was going to the Arte Museum.
