2012年3月30日 · Thanks guys for the info i will cover them with a good sealer because it pours down here and my pigeon loft is made of 3/4 plywood and its cover with several coats of paint sealer so far no water is going into the plywood in my loft i even wash the floor with water and soap once a week , maybe i just have to paint it every year to keep them in good shape

I don't know why he retired them 40 years later - most of them still had better than half their original weight. When it's 30F below outside, the interior of the metal shed will be darn close to -30F and the interior will not warm very fast.
