People Saving Animals was founded by Walter Guillioli in 2013. Walter grew up in Guatemala where he saw almost daily the sad reality of homeless dogs. Many of these dogs wandered the streets looking for scraps of food anywhere - even in the garbage.

We have to accept animal abandonment, negligence, and cruelty. We have to accept that we can only save "some". Those that we do save will be in our hearts forever.
