Be it Killer, Dragon, cFOS, GlassWire, SolarWinds, etc etc, they all monitor and prioritize bandwidth according to usage and personal preferences of the user. Deleting the Phantom 2.5 LAN driver and reinstall by windows show the realtek 2.5 LAN driver. all that is odd.

2022年3月16日 · solution was to uninstall the 2.5gbe realtek drivers, and any lingering drivers. then install updated drivers from the motherboard site. the one i am using without issue is Realtek RTL8125 LAN driver V1125.9.614.2022 For Windows 11 64-bit. no more dropouts, and with a bit of adjusting in settings performance is also as expected for 2.5Gbe.
